We pride ourselves in focusing on Native American health care, with the whole person in mind. Specialty care referrals are available for all patients. Referrals are also available to Native American patients through the Indian Health Services facilities in Flagstaff and in surrounding areas.

Avoid the ER/Urgent Care, if possible! Connect with a live NACA Registered Nurse (RN) to discuss urgent medical questions/concerns.

This service is available for established NACA patients. The triage line is available for use after the Family Health Center is closed, on weekends and holidays. Triage line availability does not apply to unexpected NACA closures, such as inclement weather, unless otherwise specified.

Registered Dietitian

Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist is ready to assist you meet your health goals! Whether it is glucose control, high blood pressure, or Crohn’s Disease, etc., there is no condition too big or too small to ask for a dietitian’s help. In addition to one-on-one sessions, we offer an Honor Your Heart class series for anyone interested in learning how to improve their heart health, or support a loved one’s journey to better heart health (each class will offer a sample of a fun recipe).

NACA Inc. accepts most private insurances and private commercial insurances, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. Additionally, we provide services for visitors who plan to self-pay, and do apply a sliding fee scale for those who qualify.

Patient Benefit Coordination

The NACA Family Health Center offers AHCCCS enrollment assistance for patients who do not have insurance. The Patient Benefits Coordinator is available to patients for confidential enrollment appointments to ensure all required documents are securely sent to the enrollment office. If a patient does not qualify for AHCCCS, a sliding fee scale is offered and determined by the income/household size.
